Cancellation: we ask for 24 hours notice via email to wildandfreepets@gmail.com or phone call or text to 616-816-7020 for any cancellations. You will be charged the full rate if a walker arrives on site.

We reserve the right to refuse service if at any point if the safety of staff is compromised.

In the event of inclement weather, no services will be completed until it is safe to do so. Severe Thunderstorm Warnings, Tornado Watches or Warnings, or Grand Rapids Public School closings are all indicators that will be used to determine safety.

Payments are due within 1 week of receiving your invoice. Payments may be made via the PayPal link within the invoice email. Alternative methods may be arranged, but must be arranged prior to the week end of the invoice. Services may be suspended due to non-payment and will resume once payment is received. The company reserves the right to terminate future services if multiple instances of delayed non-payment occur.
